Laser scanning of the product

Laser scanning allows you to detect the geometry of an existing product with extreme precision, creating a three-dimensional digital model.

Production of augers

Augers are fundamental mechanical elements for the movement, orientation, separation, rotation and grouping of products within automatic lines.

OLM TECH designs and manufactures customized augers for the transport of:

  • Cylindrical, shaped containers or loose products

Main applications:

  • Handling of bottles, flasks, cans and shaped containers

  • Transport and management of bulk products

  • Product pitch orientation and control

  • Container rotation for end-of-line, inspection, reading or packaging needs

Materials used:

  • PA6

  • PA6G

  • PA6 MoSâ‚‚

  • PEEK

Each material is selected to ensure wear resistance, smoothness, hygiene and compatibility with the treated product.

Types of augers:

  • Product rotation screws: allow controlled rotations (45°, 90°, 180° or other angles) for packaging orientation, code reading, quality control or packaging operations.

  • Screw dividers and combiners: pairs of screws that divide a row in two or combine two rows into a single path, perfect for round or shaped bottles, jars, and canisters. The screw geometry ensures continuity and precision even at high speeds .

Each project is designed taking into account technical feasibility, dimensional limits and product stability during handling , ensuring precise and safe solutions for each system.

Format change implementation

OLM TECH manufactures format changeovers and custom components to adapt automatic lines to different types of products and containers. Our solutions are designed to ensure production continuity, precision, and speed in format changeovers.
